If you are concerned with the expanding waistline problem, abdominal pains, groin area pains and thighs and so on, then you should not be surprised, as they are pregnancy health issues that affect your entire body.
Initial Problems, Natural Remedies:
The initial signs of pregnancy health issues are the leak of colostrums during the third month. Colostrum is a thick, yellowish fluid that contains antibodies and protects the newborns from infection. Oozing out of Colostrum from breasts can be quite an embarrassing situation for pregnant mothers and this pregnancy health problem has to be dealt effectively. Wash you nipples regularly and avoid the application of soap. Moisturize your nipples regularly to avoid cracked nipples. The use of maternity or nursing bra is advisable as it provides extra support.
An early pregnancy symptom involves dizziness and lightheadedness and continues throughout pregnancy. Fainting is a very rare phenomenon but do occur even in some healthy pregnant women. This is not at all a serious pregnancy health related concern. At this stage, there is growth of more blood vessels and the pressure of expanding uterus is felt on the growing blood vessels. Moreover, continuous urge for food during pregnancy can make you feel dizzy and giddy.
Effective remedies for such pregnancy health related problems, as mentioned above, mainly require you to stand up slowly, and lay on your left side when you feel lightheaded. Do not overeat but try to have healthy snacks and small means frequently. Change your sitting or standing position continuously as eases the problem of dizziness.
Early sign of pregnancy such as weight gain, dizziness, lightheadedness, cramps, needs to be continuously monitored and consulted. Pregnancy health issues especially to matters concerning weight gain generally depend on how much you weighed before pregnancy. Safe sex is something which all doctors will advise under pregnancy health related issues. Pregnancy increases the sexual urge in some women and vice versa. Incase, you face any difficulty during sexual intercourse such as pain in the vagina, bleeding or leaking of fluid from the vagina, vomiting and nauseatic feeling and so on, you should immediately consult the doctor.

There is no perfect amount of time to wait before trying to conceive again, but many healthcare providers encourage woman to wait at least a few months to strengthen the chance of a healthy pregnancy. If a woman's body isn't ready to support a pregnancy by the time that she conceives again, she faces an increased risk of experiencing a repeat miscarriage. It takes time for the uterus to recover and for the endometrial lining to become strong and healthy again.
Medically, it is safe to conceive after two or three normal menstrual periods if tests or treatments for the cause of the miscarriage are not being done. Some physicians routinely recommend that couples wait six months to a year before attempting another pregnancy in order to come to terms with their loss, whereas other physicians feel there is no compelling reason to wait so long.
Many couples who experience a miscarriage worry that it will happen again. Fortunately, at least 85% of women who have had one loss will go on to have a successful pregnancy the next time, as will 75% of those who have experienced two or three losses.
Deciding when to try again is a decision only you as a couple can make. Another pregnancy won't replace the lost pregnancy but may help you by refocusing your attention. If there were medical complications with your miscarriage, make sure to discuss the plans to try again with your health care provider first.
Good luck to you:-) hope you have a healthy pregnancy/baby
Ginger biscuits, ginger beer. That’s my remedy! Also snacking on fruit like grapes & green apples has really helped. Milk seems to settle my stomach too. I’m week 11 in my pregnancy and I’ve only had 2 days of throwing up. Although I’ve had nausea nearly everyday, which is annoying and somewhat depressing. I can’t wait until my 2nd trimester….I’m running low on energy, look grey and feeling pretty down at the mo! It’s not easy this pregnancy lark.
depens realy on the person i know a lot of people of 22 that are more baby then 13year olds

as a women with a heart condition also i would suggest making sure that your health is really well, eat healthy, take your vitamins, and make sure that you get to the dr to check out your heart and make sure that you heart is functioning and growing properly… well good luck with everything!!!
Pure peppermint tea helps as well. I have a pepperment tea that is basically just peppermint leaves in a tea bag, no actual caffeine. It always helps me burp and gives me about 30 mins of relief.
Also, I read that green apples, or any apple that is a little bit sour, reacts with the juices in your stomach to give relief. I’ve tried it and eating half a semi-sour apple helps me burp and is instant relief for a short while.
well…um…don’t you think 13 was just a liiitle early for children?
woah! congrats. two days ago i just found out that im having twins. Im 13weeks. i just turned 20 and i already have two kids who are 1 and 3. Lol. good luck with your new baba., xD best wishes. =]
No. The health insurance company you have through your employer will not sue your boyfriend for medical expenses related to the pregnancy.
All of the prenatal care is considered your medical expense, not the baby's. And, of course, your own insurance policy is going to cover your own medical expenses. (As long as maternity is covered on your policy, of course.)
The delivery and hospital charges should be considered under your policy too. Presuming that you plan to add the baby to your medical coverage at work, you'll want to complete the necessary paperwork with your employer within 31 days of the baby's birth.
hahaha you’re that far! You don’t have much longer to go! Maybe to make you feel better, think about how you will feel and the little bundle of joy to hold after the 9 months are over.
Ginger tea dec is helping me a lot!!!!
I bouth one with lemon..taste better!
I’m 22 and I’m expecting my first baby. I just found out this morning!!! YIPPY FOR ME!!! I’m 9 wks and 2 days. Hope I’m having a girl. Wish me luck and pray for me.
Oh and 13 is a little young for babies because you are still a baby yourself.
stop having sex if you aren't ready to take care of a child. you're a bad person if you get an abortion
I am wondering WHY, I feel so sick all the time, I stop eating almost everything that i use to like… No fruit or vegetables, no processed food, no burgers, no drinks (coffee, tea, juice, coke) no milk chees or yogurt. I am nearly 6 months now I I still been sick. Me and my Hubby really was trying for a baby but now I wonder why did i do that!!
The main concern with teen pregnancy is going to be having premature labor. Look up teen pregnancy on the web and do some research. If you are already pregnant then congratulations. Not everyone has problems, its just an increased risk.
